Can I view the watches before I buy?

Yes, if the watch is in stock you more than welcome to come and view and try it on at our offices , kindly Phone 087 821 8899 or Whatsapp 082 743 3679 to make an appointment at any of our branches. Not all of the watches listed on the website are available to view. Kindly call our office to confirm availability should you want to come and view a watch.

Sure, Luxurytime sells many watches to customers outside of South Africa, and we will assist you where necessary in placing an order.

How do I place an order?
Answer:
You can order online and pay via card or eft. As soon as funds have cleared the watch will be shipped. Customers can contact Luxurytime via phone, email or Whatsapp for any help regarding placing an order.
You can also make an appointment at any of our branches and place the order directly with a Luxurytime sales assistant and pay in store.

Answer:
We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT.
As soon as you place an order on the website an invoice will be sent to you, you will be able to pay immediately with any of the payment methods mentioned above.This is a 100% secure form of payment and protect the buyer as well as Luxurytime against any fraudulent transactions.
We also accept electronic bank transfers from international customers, EFT. (Wire transfers)

How do you ship the watch?

We ship via FedEx Hand to Hand Couriers for most international shipments. All packages are shipped in a well-secured box. All watches shipped are insured for its full value - this way if a package is lost/stolen en-route to its destination, we can ship out a new watch or refund your money. All of our watches are covered by an independent 3rd party insurance company. Track your parcel at www.fedex.co.za.

Who is responsible for the customs, duties, VAT charges & any other charges along the way?
Answer:
Luxurytime will charge you for the actual watch & shipping charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties & V.A.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Usually you will have to pay these additional charges to the delivery driver or your Customs Department may bill you.
