Luxury Time specializes in the sale of unworn 100% authentic watches only. We cannot sell watches that have been worn or are out of style. Therefore we have set a fair yet firm policy regarding returns.
We accept returns within 7 days of customers' receipt of product.
WATCHES MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN UNWORN CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANGTAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE WATCH, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WATCH TO BE WORN, EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR THE WATCH NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY. NOTE WE WILL CARRY THE FULL COSTS OF THE RETURN OF THE WATCH, IF THE PROBLEM IS REPORTED WITHIN 24HRS OF DELIVERY.
All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please call 012 940 1055 prior to return for RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. A watch returned without authorization will be refused.
Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed).
All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape & hang tags etc.
Returns will be credited in full minus a 3% restocking fee and original shipping & insurance charges (Shipping Charges - Free delivery throughout South Africa Delivery can take from 2 to 7 days, depending on the availability of stock. Next business day delivery is also available; Customers will be notified within 24Hrs when the watch will be delivered. Restocking charges are waived on an exchange.
Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. RAM Hand to hand courier services. Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the watch back so that we receive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.

Luxurytime guarantees all unworn watches sold through our website to be 100% genuine and in unworn condition. The watches will be delivered in the original box and will include all papers EXCLUDING the warranty card/book. In some cases we will be able to include the manufacturer’s warranty card/book; in those circumstances we will clearly display “ALL PAPERS INCLUDED”.
Every watch manufacturer engraves/stamps an individual and unique serial number on each of their watches for identification purposes. Luxurytime guarantees that each watch it sells will bear the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and unaltered.
Luxurytime is NOT an authorized dealer of any brand watch we sell. We source our watches from reliable sources within the watch industry. We do not source the watches we offer from unreliable or questionable sources. Watch manufacturers would like their products sold to the end-user via their designated authorized dealers at full, or close to full, suggested retail prices. Based upon the quantity we buy our suppliers sell us the watches at a only small margin above their cost.
DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE ARE UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS – THE MANUFACTURERS WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY ON A WATCH BOUGHT THROUGH LUXURYTIME. IN PLACE LUXURYTIME OFFERS A 3 YEAR LUXURYTIME WARRANTY.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your watch during the warranty period, the watch would need to be sent back to us for service. Upon inspection, if we determine that that the service required is a relatively simple fix such as a regulation, battery change or similar, we will have the watch serviced by one of our trusted independent watchmakers. We have contracted highly qualified independent watchmakers who are capable of correcting these relatively simple issues. In many instances our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for various high-end watch manufacturers, handling minor/simple corrections is definitely within their repertoire. If a watch is supplied with the manufacturers warranty the watch can be taken directly to any authorized dealer of the brand for servicing or repairs , once the manufacturers warranty has expired the watch can either be sent to us for repairs or to any authorized dealer of the specific brand.
