All our Unworn watches come with a 3 Year Luxurytime warranty from the date of sale.

The Luxurytime Guarantee Unworn Watches
Luxurytime guarantees all unworn watches sold through our website to be 100% genuine and in unworn condition. The watches will be delivered in the original box and will include all papers EXCLUDING the warranty card/book. In some cases we will be able to include the manufacturer’s warranty card/book; in those circumstances we will clearly display “ALL PAPERS INCLUDED”.

Every watch manufacturer engraves/stamps an individual and unique serial number on each of their watches for identification purposes. Luxurytime guarantees that each watch it sells will bear the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and unaltered.


Luxurytime generally offers a 3 (three)-year warranty from the date of purchase - unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturer specifications.


All warranty repairs must be handled directly through  LUXURYTIME Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void the LUXURYTIME warranty. Luxurytime will cover all parts and labour or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period

All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please call 012 940 1055 prior to return for RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused.

The customer must cover shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns to Luxurytime. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. RAM Hand to hand courier services. Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.

Manufacturer Warranty


In some circumstances Luxurytime, is able to pass along a dealer stamped warranty card, in which case the watch will be covered by the manufacturers stated warranty.

When the manufacturer’s warranty is included with the watch, warranty service shall be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. The watch will include a manufacturer’s original endorsed warranty card. The specific warranty each watch comes with is clearly stated in the decription " WARRANTY"

The Luxurytime warranty will not be in effect if the watch supplied to you comes with the original manufacturer warranty. Should a client prefer to still deal with Warranty issues through Luxurytime we will gladly assist.

When a watch is sold new/unworn or pre-owned and is supplied with the manufacturer warranty , the balance of the factory warranty will remain in place depending on activation date. If no balance on international warranty left the Luxurytime Warranty will be in effect (Warranty will be in the description of each watch)

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your watch during the warranty period, the watch would need to be sent back to us for service. Upon inspection, if we determine that that the service required is a relatively simple fix such as a regulation, battery change or similar, we will have the watch serviced by one of our trusted independent watchmakers. We have contracted highly qualified independent watchmakers who are capable of correcting these relatively simple issues. In many instances our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for various high-end watch manufacturers, handling minor/simple corrections is definitely within their repertoire. If a watch is supplied with the manufacturers warranty the watch can be taken directly to any authorized dealer of the brand for servicing or repairs , once the manufacturers warranty has expired the watch can either be sent to us for repairs or to any authorized dealer of the specific brand.
